ina777 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access any real-money feature of the ina777 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Your date of birth (confirming you are aged 21 or over)
• Your residential address in Indonesia (city, province, postal code)
• Your preferred Indonesian bank account details for withdrawal purposes (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri account number)

You agree to keep all registration information accurate and up to date. Any discrepancy between the information provided during registration and the information submitted during KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ina777 will never contact you to request your password. Any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials are your sole responsibility, provided such unaut horized access did not result from any fault or negligence on the part of ina777's systems.

ina777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

4 KYC Verification

In order to protect the integrity of the Platform and comply with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards, ina777 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request, and may request verification at any time during account operation.

Documents typically required for KYC include one or more of the following:

All submitted documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ina777 does not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by law or by our licensed payment processors for transaction verification purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. Accounts where fraudulent documents are submitted will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ina777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your registered payment method must match the name on your ina777 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and KYC verification status. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000
• Verified accounts: withdrawals processed within 1–3 hours during business hours (WIB, UTC+7)
• Unverified accounts: withdrawal processing is suspended until KYC is completed

Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw ineligible bonus funds will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount before processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ina777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of ina777 or is used under license from its respective owners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).
